Dr. Kiley Robb was born and raised in Shorewood, Illinois, where her passion for athletics began at an early age. She spent her youth balancing soccer practices, figure skating lessons, and softball games before ultimately diving headfirst into softball. Her dedication to the sport earned her multiple conference and regional honors and led to her collegiate career at Valdosta State University, where she finished as a Division II All-American second baseman.

During her time at VSU, Dr. Kiley experienced a season-ending shoulder injury that required surgery and nine months of rehabilitation. It was throughout this recovery that she discovered her calling in physical therapy. Although she had always been drawn to healthcare, she realized that physical therapy offered the opportunity to make a meaningful, hands-on impact on patients every day.

After earning her bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University, Dr. Kiley pursued her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Georgia Southern University. While completing her doctoral training, she also obtained her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. During this time, she served as a graduate assistant for the Soldier Athlete Performance and Readiness program, teaching injury prevention courses at local military bases.

Her academic excellence and athletic background led to two prestigious clinical internships. In Boston, Massachusetts, she trained at Champion PT & Performance, working with major and minor league baseball players, competitive weightlifters, triathletes, and youth athletes. She then traveled across the country to Seattle, Washington, where she assisted with off-season rehabilitation for the Seattle Seahawks.

Dr. Kiley’s competitive spirit has continued well beyond her softball career. Since graduating, she has completed three half marathons, a duathlon, HYROX competitions, and has participated in multiple recreational volleyball and flag football leagues.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys paddleboarding on the lake, spending time at the beach or in the mountains, and playing with her 2 pups—Wrigley and Rocky!
