The Monarch Method

Four phases. Every phase has a clear job.

Returning you to baseline isn't the goal. Baseline is what got you hurt.

  1. 01

    Assess

Find the "why." A full evaluation of your injury, your training, and how you move.

  2. 02

    Restore

Reduce pain. Targeted treatment brings back mobility, stability, and confidence.

  3. 03

    Rebuild

Pain-free is the starting line. Strength and capacity work gets you ready for your sport.

  4. 04

    Perform

Return at a higher level than before, with a plan to stay there.

Do I need a referral to see a sports physical therapist in Charlotte?

No. North Carolina allows direct access to physical therapy. You can book your first visit today.

What happens at my first visit?

A full 60 minutes, one-on-one. We go through your injury and training history, then a full movement, mobility, and strength exam. You leave with a plan and exercises to start right away.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the injury and on your goals. After your first session, you have a clear picture of what is going on and a realistic timeline. Most athletes come weekly or every two weeks. The goal is always to get you independent as fast as possible.

Do you take my insurance?

Monarch is an out-of-network, direct-pay practice, so every session is a full hour built around your goals, not around an insurance rule. You can pay with HSA or FSA. You can also send your receipt to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
