Physical therapy for Pineville, nc athletes
not your typical PT clinic
Most physical therapy feels rushed. Fifteen minutes with a provider, the rest of the hour with an aide running you through the same three exercises as everyone else in the room.
Monarch is built differently. Every session is a full 60 minutes, one on one, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. No aides, no rotating providers, no cookie cutter protocol. Just a plan built around your sport and your goals, from the first visit to the last.
who WE work with
We specialize in athletes and active adults who want more from their rehab than a generic home exercise program. Our clients include:
CrossFit athletes dealing with shoulder, knee, or low back injuries
Runners and cyclists managing overuse injuries or building back from a stress fracture
HYROX and obstacle race competitors preparing for competition or recovering after
Post-surgical patients (ACL, rotator cuff, labrum) who want to return to sport, not just daily life
Active adults who refuse to accept pain as a permanent part of training
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Monarch Performance PT is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. Insurance reimbursement models limit session length, dictate visit frequency, and often determine what treatment you receive. Without that layer, every session is a full hour of one-on-one care with one provider, built entirely around your goals.
-
Absolutely! We'll set you up with a superbill after your visit that you can send straight to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Amount reimbursed depends on your individual insurance plan.
-
Sessions are $175 for a full hour of one-on-one care.
